Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For your piece of mind and satisfaction guarantee, we have simplified our return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following criteria:
Faulty or Damaged Product(s):
- If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a detailed description and, if possible, photographs of the product and packaging if damaged.
- We will arrange a replacement or offer a refund or store credit once assessed.
- If we require the faulty product to be returned to us, we will issue a return label and request you to lodge it to any Australia Post outlet.
Change of Mind Returns:
For any other reasons you wish to return the product(s), it is deemed and considered as change of mind, only store credit option will be offered.
- Items must be returned to us at your own expense within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition and unopened with its original packaging attached.
- Store credit excluding the shipping cost you have paid will be issued and will be valid for 6 months.
- Refer to our Return & Refund process stated below for the next step.
Product Exchanges:
- Contact us immediately if you want to swap to a different product in your order.
- If your order has been packed, tracking number has been issued and/or delivered, you are require to return the original item at own expense for a store credit as per our return process stated below.
- You can then proceed to place a new order once we have issued a store credit excluding shipping cost paid.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Item(s):
- Customised or personalized items.
- Items marked as damaged box, sold as is, final or clearance sale.
- Complimentary free gift(s).
- Pre-order or backordered items.
Shipping / Freight Charges:
- If you are requesting a return on an item for a refund, you will need to arrange the shipping back to us and cover the cost unless product is faulty or damaged.
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable in any circumstances.
Returns & Refund Process
Return Process:
- Contact us to inform us and lodge a return.
- We will provide you the details including the return address where to send the item back.
- You will need to arrange the return to us and ensure product is securely package to avoid any damages during transit.
- Inform us once you have send the items back including a tracking number if available.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund excluding shipping charges will be processed back to your original method of payment or store credit will be issued for change of mind or product exchange returns within 1-3 business days.
- Otherwise, partial refund will be offered and/or item can be returned back to you at your expense.
