For whatever reason(s) you are not satisfied with your order, we promise to take some time to hear (read) what you have to say but there are some things that are out of our hands.
Due to the products are made from natural wood, it may not be consistently perfect with its pattern, texture and feel of the surface may not be similar to an identical item. If you still feel there is something not right, please provide us with some photos along with the description, we will assess and discuss it with our supplier. Based on severity of the issue, a store credit to our Nice Tribe online store or full / partial refund would be offered.
In the unlikely event that:
- Items received are damaged, please notify us within 24hr upon delivery receipt. We will assist to lodge an inquiry with the courier company accompanied by your evidence including photos of the physical packaging box and actual product(s).
- Order has not been received but delivery status is delivered, please contact us immediately so that we can check it with the courier company. Please bear with us as this may take couple of working days for the courier company to respond.
- Items received are faulty, please notify us within 7 days upon delivery receipt accompanied by photos and descriptions. We will assess and raise it to our supplier. Based on severity of the issue, a store credit to our Nice Tribe online store or full / partial refund would be offered.
- Items received are incorrect, please notify us within 24hrs upon delivery receipt and we will provide you with a RA (Return Authorization) number within 3 working days. Item(s) must be securely packaged to prevent damages during transit and in original conditional i.e., item is not opened / used / unassembled with original packaging. We may organize a courier collection or request you to post it back to us / supplier directly and we will bear the cost.
Change of mind or would like to exchange an item?
Generally, our suppliers are strict with their policies and will not refund or exchange due to change of minds and/or incorrectly purchased. But we do understand that this happens to the best of us and we certainly would love to help in any way we can. So, drop us a message and depending on the item, it may incur a restocking fee of up to 50% from the original purchased price. You will need to return the item to us / supplier directly at your own expense and item must be in original condition. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to provide a refund or credit to the original freight cost you’ve paid as we won’t be able to claim it back from the courier company either.
