All orders are subject to product availability and prices may change without notice. In case of a product is not available at the time you place the order; we may contact you via email or phone to provide options whether to substitute to a different colour / theme and/or similar items. If there are price differences, we will provide a refund via original payment method or send an invoice if the item(s) cost more.

Your order will generally be processed instantly and we promise to have it dispatched same or next business day. During any promotional, EOFY sale or sitewide sale that we run from time to time, please allow additional 3 working days due to the influx of orders received.

The product is available for purchase and an ETA will be shown on the product page just above the Add to Cart button. This just means we are restocking the item but waiting for the next batch of shipments to arrive. Your order will be dispatched once all items are available.
Delivery Location & Addresses
We are a local Australian family-owned business and only ship to an Australian residential / business address. We do not accept international orders and our couriers don’t deliver to PO BOX addresses.
Delivery / Freight Cost
We offer Free Regular Shipping (Authority to Leave / ATL) for any order that is over $95 which also applied for our sale items. Otherwise, a small flat shipping fee of $9.95 Australia wide (including remote areas) applies for any order below $95 and no matter how bulky or the number of items you have in one order.
Authority to Leave (ATL): Choose this option when you don’t require signature upon delivery and have given courier the authority to leave the delivery on your doorstep at a safe place. If there is no safe place to leave the parcel, a notification card will be left at the delivery address advising that the parcel can be collected from a nearby Post Office. Please note: You agree that the parcel is deemed ‘delivered’ when left at your premises and we will not be held liable if parcel went missing.
Signature Required: If you choose this shipping option, a signature is obtained by the courier / Australia Post upon delivering your order. This is chargeable and will incur a fee of $3.00 only if order is above $95+ otherwise the total cost for the flat shipping fee is $12.95 Australia wide.
We have partnered up with various courier companies such as Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please and Sendle. Orders will be dispatched in accordance to our warehouse stock availability and your location.
Please refer to Australia Post Domestic delivery times for Parcel Post as a guideline and they are approximate only. We cannot guarantee the exact timeframe and please allow extra time as there may be some disruptions due to COVID-19 that will cause delay. Visit Australia Post or Sendle’s website for the latest and current delivery disruptions across states. We appreciate and thank you for your patience.
We will provide an update via email once your order is dispatched with the associated tracking number. You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order is dispatched from multiple warehouses.
If you have missed the delivery, the courier will leave a card advising an attempt of failed delivery and your parcel will be awaiting for collection from your local Australia Post Office or courier depot for a number of days.
In an instance where the parcel is undeliverable and your order is returned to us, a flat fee of $19.95 applies for the return cost charged by the courier company and in addition of $9.95 delivery fee applies for us to resend.
Updating Order Details
We have automated our ordering process to streamline efficiency and priotising to have your order dispatched at the very earliest. So, unless you have chosen direct deposit / bank transfer as the payment method during checkout, amending your order will depend on if your order has been packed and waiting for courier collection. Either way, please reply to the email order confirmation and advise us the changes, we will try our best to accommodate to your request.
