Connetix's Revolutionary New Products: Taking Magnetic Tile Play to the Next Level
Connetix has unveiled an exciting collection of innovative products that push the boundaries of creative play and STEAM learning. From advanced construction technology to magical glittery designs, these five new releases are set to transform how children and adults alike experience open-ended building play and educational toys.
All the new Connetix Tiles range are compatible with the existing Connetix range and other magnetic tile collections, ensuring that these innovations enhance rather than replace existing sets.
The Game-Changer: PRO Constructor Set (70 Pieces)
Leading the charge is the Connetix PRO Constructor Set, a sophisticated collection designed specifically for advanced builders and older creators. What makes this set truly revolutionary is the introduction of Smart-Spin technology – an innovation that allows ultra-powerful magnets to rotate 360 degrees within each tile.
This breakthrough technology liberates builders from traditional fixed magnet positions, enabling them to overlap, offset, and stagger tiles in previously impossible ways. The result? More complex, detailed, and functional creations that can be picked up and shared thanks to the extra-strong magnetic connections.
The PRO set features bold, opaque tiles in six contemporary colors, giving builds a modern, sophisticated aesthetic that appeals to older children and adult enthusiasts. With 70 pieces including various squares, triangles, rectangles, planks, and posts, this STEAM educational toy challenges builders to push their engineering skills to new heights.
Magical Sparkle: The Glitter Collection
For those who love a touch of enchantment in their building blocks, Connetix has introduced two stunning glitter collections that bring fairy tale magic to construction play.
Glitter Castle Pack (48 Pieces)
The Glitter Castle Pack transforms ordinary building into extraordinary magical experiences. Each tile bursts with multi-colored sparkles in signature pastel and vibrant rainbow colors, creating dazzling refractions as light passes through the unique bevel design. With 32 standard squares and 16 triangles, this magnetic building set is perfect for building shimmering castles, towers, bridges, and fantastical creatures.
Glitter Unicorn Pack (56 Pieces)
Taking magical play even further, the Glitter Unicorn Pack caters specifically to fantasy dreamers and creative explorers. This thoughtfully curated collection features glitter tiles in clear and vibrant colors of pink, yellow, teal, and purple, combined with an impressive variety of shapes including hexagons, trapezoids, and different triangle types. The 56 pieces provide endless possibilities for creating unicorn-inspired worlds, transparent snow globes, and majestic architectural wonders perfect for open-ended play.
Illuminated Innovation: Light Up Star Pack (28 Pieces)
Perhaps the most technologically impressive addition to the Connetix family is the Light Up Star Pack. This revolutionary set features a rechargeable light-up magnetic tile that transforms construction play into a mesmerizing lightshow.
The light-up tile offers three dimming settings and can illuminate from one or both sides, allowing children to experiment with light direction and intensity. Combined with pentagons, squares, and triangles in all eight bright Connetix colors, this STEAM toy opens up entirely new possibilities for exploring STEM concepts like color mixing, refractions, shadows, and optical illusions.
Whether creating star-lights for bedtime stories, illuminating pillow forts, or building glowing architectural marvels, this educational toy adds an exciting new dimension to magnetic tile play.
Architectural Innovation: Bright Portal Pack (48 Pieces)
The Bright Portal Pack introduces a completely new concept in magnetic tile design with its innovative portal tiles. This set features three different sized squares that nest together perfectly, including large and standard portal tiles with unique open-frame designs that offer multiple magnetic connection points on both inner and outer edges.
The mini-squares in this pack showcase the Smart-Spin technology, allowing 360-degree magnet rotation for enhanced building possibilities. Available in eight bright colors, these portal tiles unlock new ways to create intricate architectural designs, from charming houses to futuristic spacecrafts and colorful kaleidoscopes – perfect for STEAM learning and construction toys enthusiasts.
